Cookbooks, food and wine

I have indexed about 200 food and wine titles over the years. My background includes over 20 years’ professional involvement with fine food, including cooking, baking, recipe development, food writing, and ownership of a flourishing gourmet bakery. Familiar with wine and winemaking, food history and science, and nutrition. I have developed and taught cookbook indexing workshops and published articles on cookbook indexing.
