In addition to
conventional back-of-the book
indexing, I index electronic
documents and database materials
and provide online information
design and display services. The
Knitfinder website, live
from 2009 to 2013, was a project that combined database
design, periodical and database
indexing, database display
design, and an online
meta-index. You can see some of
it via the
Wayback Machine:

index (knitting
patterns) This index
had sophisticated filter and
sort functions which you can
try out by choosing "Show
100 entries" and typing
filter text in the column
headers, or clicking next to
a column header to sort on
that column.
