I have indexed more than 150 food and wine titles over the years. My background includes over 20 years’ professional involvement with fine food, including cooking, baking, recipe development, food writing, and ownership of a flourishing gourmet bakery. Familiar with wine and winemaking, food history and science, and nutrition. Developer and teacher of cookbook indexing workshops; published article on cookbook indexing.
